چکیده مقاله:
The presented article deals with the synthesis process of magnetite and injection hydrogel. In this article, the synthesis methods of magnetite and injection hydrogel were explained, and then the method of combining this material to create an injection hydrogel containing magnetite nanoparticles is described. The synthesis methods, structural features and properties of these composite materials are discussed in detail. Hydrogels are a group of polymeric materials that can absorb and retain water in the presence of water. These characteristics have caused hydrogels to be proposed as a drug carrier system. On the other hand, due to their magnetic and biological properties, magnetite nanoparticles have been considered as a suitable base for drug delivery in the treatment of cancer and other diseases. In this study, it was shown that adding magnetite nanoparticles to hydrogels can change their physical and chemical properties and improve their performance. This action can lead to an increase in drug absorption capacity, a decrease in enzyme activity, as well as an increase in the stability and release time of the drug. In addition, the presence of magnetite nanoparticles in hydrogels makes it possible to control the location and rate of drug release using an external magnetic field. Considering that hydrogels containing magnetite nanoparticles have been proposed as a new and innovative drug delivery system, this shows the importance of further research in this field. It is hoped that future research can improve and expand the applications of these systems and emphasize their positive role in improving treatment methods.
