چکیده مقاله:
Molybdenum disulfide (MoS۲) is considered a promising anode material with high theoretical capacity for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs); however, low inherent electrical conductivity and limited active surface area have limited its wide application. Herein, ۱T/۲H-MoS۲ has been composited with biomass based green activated carbon through a facile one-pot hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern as well as Raman spectrum revealed the presence of both ۱T and ۲H phases of MoS۲ on the amorphous activated carbon subtract. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, carried out to investigate the chemical properties of the material. Furthermore, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) was utilized to study the morphology of the composite. As an anode of lithium-ion battery the prepared composite could exhibit specific capacity of ۲۲۴ mAh g-۱ after ۱۰۰ cycles at current density of ۰.۲ C.
