Devotional and worshiping songs as the vehicle of the socio-cultural theater of life in modern Hindu society in Nepal

The study on significance of various devotional and worshiping songs of Hindus tries to compile, describe, elaborate and analyze the everyday life performance of Hindus who have participated in the singing and it helps to identify the opinions and experiences on these devotional and worshiping songs. It tries to analyze the perspectives of people to examine their socio-psychological dimensions and associated factors. How these devotional and worshiping songs helps to maintain the socio-psychological order in their life when the society is found heavily impacted by the process of immigration, harsh economic life, rise of religious activities, conversion of religion etc. So there are few reasons behind the motivation of youth in these singing was found not only the spirituality and religious culture but because of getting opportunity to smoke cannabis during interval of singing in many cases. The mysterious reason behind the experiencing material life and evoking spiritual life is well explored and objective is to explore the contradiction between the material life with spirituality dialectically, so this article give the clear cut concepts of following both material reality and lack of resources to slope down towards the spirituality with the use of cannabis associated with the devotional singing.
