چکیده مقاله:
Extensive changes in people's lifestyle and also ever-increasing environmental problems,has been caused general public concern about this issue and also prosperity of variousnature-friendly approaches in architecture as its result; such as Sustainable architecture,Green architecture and Biophilic design. Nevertheless, after years it was found thatlimiting damages and negative effects is not sufficient to achieve a healthy life.Therefore, the latest approach named “Architectural regeneration” which has improvedthe previous approaches, is formed. This comprehensive and interdisciplinary approachdirects all the elements affecting on building performance towards creating permanentevolving positive effects specially as a treatment of existing inefficient buildings. In thisregard present analytical-review article intends to provide a complete collection ofpractical solutions for regenerating worn out buildings in order to propone updatedpublic places in them. Basic information and results in this paper are totally qualitativeand it provides the final results in eight general categories, including Management(construction, decision making, planning, operation and maintenance), economy(construction, maintenance and income), community (Targeted and general), culture,Identity, environment (air quality, humidity, air conditioning, cooling and heating,energy, electricity consumption and generation, lighting, greenhouse gas elimination,animal and plant habitat, water, sewage and waste control, materials), tourism,framework (The old structure, new addition, replanning and changes) and functionsolutions.
