چکیده مقاله:

Selecting sustainable suppliers is a key strategy in supply chain management (SCM) for achieving a competitive advantage. This study introduces a Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model that utilizes a common set of weights to assess performance and select suppliers. The supplier selection criteria are categorized into three domains: economic (covering aspects such as product cost, delivery time and quality), environmental (encompassing green packaging, green innovation and green management practices), and social (including workers' welfare and rights, workplace safety and stakeholders' rights). These criteria are divided into two groups: inputs and outputs. To represent the applicability of our proposed model, a dataset related to ۳۰ suppliers has been implemented using the model presented in this paper. The proposed model was employed to calculate the weights of these criteria after the relevant data for each supplier's indicators had been collected. Subsequently, the performance scores for each supplier were determined based on these weights.
