چکیده مقاله:

In this article, an optimization model is proposed to design a dairy products supply chain network under uncertainty. Cross-docks have been used in the supply chain network for the rapid distribution of dairy products, and the scheduling of its various processes has been done. This multi-period and multi-product problem has the objective functions of maximizing the profit of the entire supply chain and minimizing the delays resulting from cross-docking processes. In the designed network, different modes of transportation have been used to send raw materials, and scenarios for different conditions resulting from the sanction have been used. Also, goal programming has been used to solve the problem of two objectives. Finally, a case study on the production and distribution of dairy products has been fully described and several sensitivity analyses have been performed to check the results of the mathematical model.
