Students are the most important pillar of the education system of any country. The factors that can prepare this national capital for optimal and qualitative growth are behavioral skills that are learned in the environment, not just scientific reserves. Schools provide the quality of society and not just the quantity of the huge number of human resources that are sent to the society as educated. Therefore, identifying and creating the ground for the development of the privileged human characteristics is the first concern of those involved in education and training in all scientific or cultural activities, who must dedicate themselves to fulfilling this heavy duty. Vitality and cheerfulness in the school causes the growth and development of all aspects of a student's existence in the physical, cognitive, emotional, moral and spiritual dimensions. If one of these dimensions is damaged or neglected, the student will not achieve full abilities and competencies. It is the duty of the education authorities to provide conditions so that all his needs are met. Living happily for a student is as important as feeding well, loving and protecting him, because it ensures his mental and physical health. The rate of happiness and laughter in our schools is very low. The prevalence of laughter and the development of a joyful atmosphere in schools have been neglected.Based on this, we, as the vice presidents of Shawt city school, decided to try to create fresh and creative students and schools in the present research, so that in this way we can play an effective role in the spirit and vitality of our students.
