Human capital is one of the significant factors in the success of an organization, which make systematic changes and create a learning environment. Currently, an organization performance is largely determined by the innovation strategies of human resource analytics, which plays a vital role in managing intellectual capital. The study focuses on the significance of human capital management, impact and effectiveness of human resource competencies to improve insurance firms’ performance that help to nurture a thriving workforce through relevant human capital management and development practices, which in turn helps to build successful business organizations with sustainable competitive benefit. A descriptive research methodology is used to investigate the Human Capital competencies components and examine their impacts on organizational performance. The study community totals ۷۴۳ Saman insurance company employees including administrative and supervisory staff from various departments. In the study, after gathering the required data through structured questionnaires, ۳۸۴ undamaged data were obtained and analyzed with the simple random sampling. The result has been shown that a rationalized performance evaluation and proper recruitment and selection of insurance employees can maximize the customer's satisfaction and quality of service.
