The philosophy of Islamic human rights in the perspective of revelation teachings

Islamic human rights represent the rights for human beings that have been regulated by considering their dignity and their aim in the world. In order to understand Islamic human rights and to understand why there are areas of commonality and difference from materialistic human rights, one should do philosophical studies in this area. In the meantime, the Qur'an, as the main source of Islamic law, has a special place in explaining religious foundations and principles. Based on this, the present study was carried out with the aim of investigating the philosophy of Islamic human rights, focusing on the Qur'anic verses, using the descriptive-analytical method and benefiting from library resources. Relying on theoretical findings and Quranic evidence, it seems that man has special rights in the light of revelation teachings, which originate from characteristics such as dignity and intrinsic value, nature, perpetuity and seeking God. Moreover, the foundation of various instances of human rights mentioned in the Quran (individual, economic, social, political rights, etc.) is constituted by human dignity, justice, wisdom, and divine love.
