چکیده مقاله:

Human essence has different meanings in philosophy and law, which will cause its own works. The school of natural law has existed as one of the legal schools since ancient times, which is related to the concepts and areas of philosophy. The view of the natural law school on the human essence is among the concepts that have a philosophical dimension. In the contemporary era of international human rights, human essence has also been given basic importance, but it has different meanings from the topic of the present discussion. Therefore, the legal effects of this concept are different in these two disciplines. In this article, while analyzing the concept of human essence, the issue is discussed at three levels: individual, civil and global.
