Background and Aim: One of the characteristics of a right is its revocability, which means the voluntary withdrawal of the right by the person who has the right, where there is no doubt aboutthe existence of the right, there should be no doubt about its revocability, as the views are the same and agreed upon. It does not exist regarding the rights, there are no identical perceptions of the content of the instances of deprivation of rights, and each of them has discussed the instances of deprivation of rights with a different argument.Materials and Methods: This research is of a theoretical type and the research method is descriptive and analytical. The collection of information has been done in a library and by referring to legal documents, books and articles.Results: Examining examples of deprivation of rights in the public sphere is more important in comparison with the private sphere, because deprivation of rights in the private sphere by individuals is often done voluntarily and based on the principle of freedom of will, but in the sphere of public rights, governments often The authorities of the conflict are trying to limit the rights of individuals under the pretext of collective benefit and public interest.Conclusion: All cases of deprivation of rights do not have equal value and importance. If deprivation of right to life and deprivation of right to fundamental freedoms are more important than other examples of deprivation of right. In other words, those instances of deprivation of rights, whose deprivation is directly related to human dignity and moral efficacy, and those instances where deprivation does not harm human dignity and moral efficacy, are different.
