Today, burnout has been identified as one of the common problems in various professions, especially the nursing profession. Job burnout is one of the main factors in reducing productivity and causing physical and psychological complications. The effects of job burnout sometimes cause procrastination in jobs as well, and the consequences of procrastination include deliberately delaying work and wasting time. Burnout syndrome is common among SAMET employees, especially nurses. Among the nurses of different departments, nurses working in the emergency department are more prone to burnout due to the existence of several factors such as high workload, long shifts, and insufficient human resources. It is important to pay attention to mental health in all areas of life, including personal, social and professional life. Not paying attention to mental health is one of the important factors in reducing efficiency, losing human resources and causing physical and mental complications, especially in professional services. Job burnout in the nursing profession not only causes serious mental injuries in nurses, but also leads to a decrease in the quality of patient care by increasing absenteeism, reducing energy and work efficiency. Job burnout is a problem whose increase has caused problems in many jobs and worries employers. Among its common side effects, we can mention the reduction of productivity, efficiency and occurrence of physical and mental diseases in the working person. No worker is safe from this threat, especially in jobs related to medicine and its sub-branches.
