چکیده مقاله:

Background: Intravenous Iimmunoglobulins ( IVIG) are widelyused off label in the treatment of erly reproductive failure.As IVIG is expensive, and may have side- effects, evidence ofefficacy is needed. previoude results have suggested that thepre-conception treatment of primary recurrent abortion patientsmight be effective , but the data set has been too small for adequatestatistical power. More recently it has been suggestedthat IVIG may improve the success rate of in vitro fertilizationand embryo transfer (ET) in patients with prior IVF failures,but clinical trials have given conflicting results that need explanation.systematic reviews generating reviews generating inconclusiveresult have focused on methodological rigor to theexclusion of biological plausibility.Materials and Methods: From Jan ۲۰۱۶ to Feb ۲۰۱۷, A retrospectiveanalysis was conducted of ۳۰ consecutive patientsattending infertility treatment center, who were the cases of recurentaboration or recurent failures of treatment. ۱۵ patientsrandomly assigned to receive either the protocol with heparin(۵۰۰۰ U sq bid) IVIG (۲۰g). Then the outcomes including laboratorypregnancy rate was compared across the groups.Results: In this study , has been significant difference resultswas found (P<۰.۰۵) by Chi-Square, Fisher's Exact, McNemar,Lambda, Goodman and Kruskal, Uncertainty Coefficient, Phi,Cramer's V, Mantel-Haenszel, Cochran's, and Kendall's Tau-btests.Conclusion: IVF outcome is significant improved when heparinand IVIG are administered women with repeat IVF failures.
