چکیده مقاله:
Background: Dermal papilla (DP) is multipotent stem cell thatplays important role in the hair follicle morphogenesis and regeneration.DP specialized mesenchymal component of the hairfollicle that can be inducing hair follicle formation. It's notedthat dermal papilla cell can provide a new approach to the celltherapy. Low level laser light can increase cell proliferation andalso cause light reactions that referred to as photobiostimulation.So study of the low level laser irradiation effects on dermalpapilla stem cells was done.Materials and Methods: In this study, the effect of low levellaser light on dermal papilla stem cell was investigated. Thefirst, dermal papilla was isolated from the hair follicle. Characterizationof dermal papilla was performed by flowcytometry.After laser power meter, the effect of level laser was investigatedwith the energy density of ۵ and ۱۰ J/cm۲ as a treatment.Results: The result of this study showed that the low level laserlight irradiation can be improved the proliferation of the dermalpapilla stem cells.Conclusion: Result of this investigation paves the way for utilizingthe dermal papilla for fruitful applications in cell therapyand other its applications such as wound healing.
