چکیده مقاله:

Background: Prostate cancer (PCa) is a common disease inmen, who are more than ۵۰ years old. This cancer has poorprognosis. Therefore, identification of treatment options canbe important. In keeping with many studies, minority of tumorcells population cancer stem cells (CSCs) are response to selfrenewal, differentiation, tumor progression. So, targeting CSCsreduces tumor growth. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class ofsmall non-coding RNAs molecule. miRNAs found in plants, animals and some viruses and play a role in regulation of geneexpression. Although, there aren’t expression of microRNAschanges in human cancer stem cells but effect of microRNAson PCa is unknown. Have been shown that Silencing of themiR-۴۲۴ leads to degradation transcription factors in prostatecancers. Thus, we can use them for treatment of cancer stemcells in prostate cancer by focusing on the genes involved inthe disease.Materials and Methods: To better interpret the role of miR-۴۲۴, we have obtained gene symbol the cells in which miR-۴۲۴is Silenced and control samples in prostate cancer stem cells. Inthis study first we got name of these gens by David tool. In thenext step by using Enricher we got transcription factors (TFs)for genes، finely we draw network by Gephi software. Results: By these analyses we have identified the main TFs andusing network we have showed integration between these TFsand the target genes. Conclusion: These analyses would be useful for clinical application. We have identified role of miR-۴۲۴ on Prostate cancerTFs.
