چکیده مقاله:

Breast cancer (BC) is the most prevalent malignancy globally and the leading cause ofcancer-related fatalities among women [۱]. While BC is a complicated illness, its onset and progressioncan be influenced by both hereditary and environmental factors [۲]. The purpose of the present study isto identify the critical genes for BC diagnosis and prediction. The main objective of this article's severalanalyses is to discover biomarkers for this specific type of cancer. GSE۳۶۲۹۵ in the BC field wassubjected to microarray analysis utilizing data collected from the GEO database. The RBP۴ gene hasbeen discovered to display a significant reduction in expression after being compared to the GEPIA۲and ENCORI databases. The KEGG database was used to examine the signaling pathways in which theRBP۴, which is a gene was expressed. The STRING database was used for assessing the gene's proteinproteininteraction. The miRWalk database analyzed the interaction between the target gene andassociated miRNAs. Following analyzing the selected gene in conjunction with its correlating miRNAs,hsa-let-۷f-۵p was determined as the miRNA affecting the ۳UTR region. The lncRNA linked to the RBP۴gene was identified in the lncRResearch database as LINCO۱۲۱۵. Lastly, the study was done on theinteraction between the chosen lncRNA and the related miRNAs. The RBP۴ gene showed a significantdrop in expression in breast cancer and could serve as a biomarker for this cancer, according to thestudy's microarray analysis.
