چکیده مقاله:
PurposeThe purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize critical factors for HumanResources Management (HRM) in the healthcare industry, particularly during thechallenging times of the Covid-۱۹ pandemic.MethodologyTo achieve the research objective, a method is proposed that involves evaluating aquestionnaire based on experts' views. The method utilizes paired comparisons and thefuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weightage of success factorsfor HRM. The use of fuzzy AHP is a significant aspect of this method as it helps indetermining the priorities of the identified factors.FindingsThe research findings highlight the absence of a model for identifying and prioritizingcritical factors for HRM in the healthcare industry during challenging situations like theCovid-۱۹ pandemic. The proposed method provides a solution by helping to identify andprioritize these critical factors.OriginalityThis research contributes to the field by introducing a novel method that combines expertevaluation, paired comparisons, and fuzzy AHP to identify and prioritize critical factorsfor HRM in the healthcare industry. The use of fuzzy AHP adds a unique aspect to themethod, allowing for the determination of priorities in a more nuanced manner.
