Field and Aims: Today, the human world is governeddifferently from the past and under the amazing influence oftechnology and progress. It must be said that it is technology that hascaused extraordinary changes in human life with its tremendousadvances. At the same time, different areas of children's lives havealso found new dimensions under the influence of the instantexpansion of the digital environment. The epidemic of corona diseaseand the greater use of virtual space in the production, disseminationand transmission of educational and entertainment information haveincreased the level of access to online content for different sections ofsociety, including children. These factors and more have caused aperson to witness the birth of a generation that faces the developmentof the Internet and technology in their lives since childhood, and at thesame time, these conditions have created a platform for limiting orviolating the rights of people, including children.In this space, theissue of protecting the rights of children and teenagers in thecyberspace is an issue worthy of attention that should be given specialsupport by the States and the dimensions of the duties of the States inprotecting the rights of children become more clear. In this regard, theGeneral Comment No. ۲۵ of the United Nations Committee on theRights of the Child approved in ۲۰۲۱, which was issued under the titleof children's rights in the digital environment, has determined theconcepts and frameworks in this field. What are the Obligations ofStates in Protection the Right to Education of Children in the digitalenvironment from the point of view of International law?Method: The current research is applied in terms of purpose anddescriptive-analytical in terms of the type of research, which has beencollected and analyzed by using library resources and examining awide range of documents and procedures and other research works.
