چکیده مقاله:
This article examines the challenges of the Iraniangovernment in the field of child labor rights according to therequirements and standards of international law and provides acomprehensive analysis of the current situation and reform needs inthis field. The main purpose of the research is to identify the problemsand weaknesses in the policies and laws related to the rights ofworking children and compare them with international standards. Thefindings of the research show that economic poverty, unemployment,and lack of educational opportunities are among the main factors thatincrease the phenomenon of child labor in Iran. Harsh and exploitativeworking conditions for children have serious negative effects on theirphysical and mental health and their educational and career future.While the existing laws, such as the "Labor Law" and the "Law on theProtection of Children and Adolescents", have relatively addressedthe rights of children, the implementation weaknesses and regulatorydeficiencies have prevented the full realization of the goals of theselaws. Comparing the current situation with international standardsshows It shows that Iran needs serious reforms in some areas in orderto harmonize with its global commitments. Also, cultural and socialinfluences on the rights status of child laborers, including traditionalattitudes towards child labor, affect the effective implementation oflaws. Research recommendations include strengthening lawenforcement, improving regulatory systems, investing in the educationsystem, and promoting public awareness. This article aims to providepractical solutions to improve the rights of working children in Iranand realize the global goals of human rights and social justice,identifying challenges and providing effective solutions.Finding and Conclusion: It is necessary to pay attention to the dutiesof States in protecting and protecting the rights of children in thedigital environment at the international and domestic levels. To putit better, today with the general interpretation of this committee, therights of the child are guaranteed not only in the offline environmentbut also in the digital and online environment.
