چکیده مقاله:
This research presents a comprehensive analysis of theprotection of the rights of working children in Iran, focusing on thechallenges and opportunities of empowering the workforce oftomorrow. The field of child labor in Iran is determined by thecomplex interaction of socio-economic factors, cultural norms andlegal frameworks that shape the experiences of child labor. Thepurpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of existingpolicies and practices in protecting the rights of working children, with special emphasis on identifying areas for improvement andintervention. Methodologically, this study uses a qualitative approachand case studies to provide a detailed understanding of the topic. Thefindings show that while Iran has taken important steps in enactinglaws to protect child labor, enforcement mechanisms remain weak, leading to widespread violations of their rights. Furthermore, lack ofaccess to education exacerbates the challenges faced by workingchildren and perpetuates cycles of poverty and inequality.Consequently, this study emphasizes the urgent need for targetedinterventions and policy reforms to address the legal and socialchallenges faced by working children in Iran. By strengtheningenforcement mechanisms, expanding access to education, andpromoting social welfare programs, we can create a more inclusiveand just society where all children have the opportunity to grow andcontribute to the future workforce.
