A Comparative Study of the Rights of Working Children inIran's Legal System and International Law

The phenomenon of working children is one of the socialproblems. Supporting and protecting working children through legalstrategies and solutions is one of the most important legislativemeasures to support these people. This support prevents anyexploitation and abuse of children. and makes these children taste thetaste of normal life and benefit from the most normal rights such aseducation, food, clothing, etc. The aim of the current research is toexamine the rights of working children in Iran's legal system andinternational law, and through a descriptive and analytical method, wehave come to the conclusion that in Iran's legal system, there arevarious laws, including labor law, Islamic penal law, and familyprotection law. .... has been approved. In addition, measures havebeen taken to protect the rights of working children in internationalorganizations and international documents. However, despite theapproval of these laws in this field, unfortunately, the problem ofchild labor has not disappeared and is increasing in most countries,including Iran.
