The role of non governmental organizations in supportingchilddren’s educational rights and its legal challenges

This article examines the role of non-governmentalorganizations (NGOs) in supporting children's educational rights andthe legal challenges in this field. The main purpose of this research isto identify the legal and administrative obstacles facing NGOs in Iranand their impact on educational activities. This research wasconducted using a qualitative method and the data was collectedthrough interviews with child rights activists and review of validdocuments. The findings show that, despite legal challenges, NGOsare taking effective measures to improve the quality of education andaccess to it for children in deprived areas. The research results notonly emphasize the necessity of legal protections for NGOs, but alsoprovide suggestions for improving the interaction between thegovernment and these organizations
