چکیده مقاله:

This study delves into the probabilistic hazzard analysis of the southwestern region of Iran, situatedbetween ۴۸ to ۵۲ degrees longitude and ۲۹ to ۳۱ degrees latitude. The study area encompasses theZagros regions, which includes populous and rapidly growing cities. Hence, assessing hazard zoningbecomes a critical endeavor. Within this area, seven seismic sources have been identified based onfault orientation, earthquake distribution, and focal mechanisms. Utilizing Z-map and OpenQuakesoftware, alongside attenuation relationships proposed by Campbell and Bozorgnia (۲۰۱۴), hazardzoning maps for probabilities of ۲%, ۵%, ۱۰%, and ۶۴% were generated. In these regions, themaximum acceleration was determined to be ۱.۳۳g for a ۰.۱-second period and a ۲% probability ofoccurrence in Bandar-Rig, located in Bushehr province.
