چکیده مقاله:
Today, one of the problems of industries that use metals is the corrosion of metal surfaces. To solvethis problem, resin based coatings are used. Despite having special surface protection properties, these coatings are modified by nanofillers to improve their properties. In this research, by adding twotypes of nano fillers, glass flake (GF) and graphene oxide (GO) to epoxy vinyl ester resin, thecorrosion was investigated. Glass flake is widely used in order to increase the properties of corrosionresistance and graphene oxide is used in order to increase the properties of nanocomposites includingmechanical properties. The results of salt spray confirmed the synergistic effect of these fillers inimproving the properties of nanocomposite. The results of the salt spray test confirmed that thesample containing hybrid fillers showed an acceptable increase in corrosion resistance. From theexamination of the test, it can be concluded that the hybridization of fillers can have a good synergisticeffect on the corrosion properties of nanocomposites based epoxy vinyl ester resin.
