چکیده مقاله:

۳D bioprinting is a revolutionary technology that extends the possibilities of common ۳D printing to the field ofbiomedicine and provides the ability to structure complex tissues. This technology uses the precise aggregation ofcells, biomaterials and growth factors to construct constructs that mimic natural tissues. It has far more advantagesthan conventional tissue engineering methods. In this research, carboxymethyl chitosan sulfate was used, which isvery hydrophilic and biocompatible, as well as having high cross-linking properties. But O-CMCh-s does not havefavorable mechanical and rheological properties in extrusion printing. Methyl cellulose was used to increaseviscosity, shear thinning properties and shape fidelity after printing.
