چکیده مقاله:
Beside the great advantage of solution synthesis of TPUs such as ease of preparation, simplicity ofmethod, wide variety of raw materials and so on. The application of final product for coating of textilehas great advantages, Low TPU consumption, adjustable properties by controlled TPU structure andraw materials and applied thickness, have been created numerus application in new industrialproductions. In this method difference in polyol and isocyanate molar mass determine the finalmolecular weight and application of suitable chain extender complete the polymerization and theproperties such as stickiness and mechanical properties could be adjusted. However, to avoid suddenmolecular weight increasement and its difficulties’ reaction run in three main steps in first step polyoland isocyanate by different molar mass (NCO>OH) reacted together and after a determined timesolution concentration increase from ۰ to ۵۰-۷۰ % depend in final application. By precise control ofmolecular weight viscosity increase by adding chain extender and catalyst so uniform solution ofTPUs for coating application could be achieved.
