چکیده مقاله:

Studying the kinetics of rubber curing is crucial for comprehending the reactions of its components, the extent of compound curing, and phenomena like scorch and reversion. We initially introduced thecuring curve in this study to identify the curing parameters. Subsequently, the reaction rate constantswere determined using Han's model. By comparing the experimental data with the model and takinginto account the model's simplicity, it accurately predicted various stages of the curing process. Theconstants in Han's model correspond to distinct components of the curing curve. Based on thecalculated constants, it is evident that the reaction involved in the formation of rubber crosslinks hasa higher rate compared to other reactions. The reverse section has a speed constant that is nearly ۰,suggesting the absence of any reverse reaction in this rubber. The model demonstrates high accuracywhen the sulfur content varies between ۰ and ۵.۲ phr.
