چکیده مقاله:

The amine catalysts play an important role in controling the reaction mechanism of producing ofpolyurethane foams. by selecting of suitable catalyst and controling of reaction profiles, theconsidered foam properties such as foamability, flowability, strenght and etc would be available.Recently, there has been a growing demand in the production of polyurethane foams for reducingfoam density, shortening demolding time, and improving foam structure. These advancements havespurred the need for innovative catalysts, including delayed action catalysts. In this study, delayedaction catalysts were synthesized by blocking ۲۵% of the Triethylenediamine (TEDA) as a tertiaryamine catalyst with organic acid such as Acetic Acid (ACA), Formic Acid (FA), ۲-EthylhexanoicAcid (HA) and Adipic Acid (AA). The formulated delayed action catalyst is designed to activated byincreasing the reaction temperature and effectively delay start time by decreasing demolding time. So, it enhanced production efficiency through creating dimensional stability and excellentflowability.
