Prepration of Polymeric Nanohydrogels for Canacer Treatmet

Chemotherapy is a vital treatment option for cancer, which continues to be a serious health concern.On the other hand, the toxicity and lack of specificity of conventional chemotherapy pose challenges.As cutting-edge drug delivery systems, nanohydrogels have the potential to provide targeted andcontrolled drug release, enhancing therapeutic efficacy and minimizing adverse effects. To combatbreast cancer, curcumin-loaded nanohydrogels were created in the current work. The results of FTIRand HNMR indicated that the nanhydrogels were successfully synthesized. The safety of PMAAnanohydrgels is therefore supported by biocompatibility data, which demonstrated that themanufactured nanohydrogels showed no appreciable toxicity against red blood cells (%۵۹ viability).According to in vitro data, the prepared nanohydrogels may be able to suppress cancer cells in a waythat depends on concentration. Altogether, these nanohydrogels could be served as a potentialnanotherapeutic agent to treat breast cancer.
