چکیده مقاله:

The Arcan test, which is essentially a method for composite materials, has been used by many researchers in recentyears for homogeneous materials and has thus eliminated the limitations of the mentioned experiments. In this thesis,the experimental and numerical study of adhesive fracture behavior by adding nano graphene particles, using Arcanunder loading mode-I (tensile), mode-II (shear) or the combination of shear and tensile modes. laboratory samplesare made in butterfly form. The samples are made of two-component resin - epoxy Araldite ۲۰۱۱ and graphene nanosheetswith a small number of layers (three to five layers) have also been used as reinforcing materials. The resultswere numerically and experimentally analyzed. The Arcan clamps with the cracked butterfly specimen were modeledin ABAQUS software and the stress intensity factors were extracted. The results showed that in the mixed-mode, thefracture toughness increased with the addition of nano graphene particles at specified weight percentages.
