Dyeing of cellulosic fabrics using a multipurpose encapsulated blue pigment

Using different polymers to encapsulate pigments is a new method that enhances pigment processingand prevents clumping.This process enhances pigment dispersion in a polymer matrix, improves lightscattering, and enhances mechanical properties. To confirm the encapsulation of pigment into GAColigomer, FT-IR spectroscopy was performed. Additionally, the encapsulated pigment facilitated thefixation of pigment on cellulosic fabrics without the need for drying, and reduced the required amountof binder compared to the control sample.
