چکیده مقاله:

Cardiac tissue engineering is an advanced field that is carried out in order to produce tissue structures similarto cardiac tissue for use in the treatment of cardiac diseases. One of the important methods in this field is theuse of polymer scaffolds that are assigned to cardiac cells to perform cardiac activity in a natural way. Inthis research, it investigates the viability of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and chitosan (CS) polymerscaffolds, and the type of nanoparticle includes multi-walled carbon nanotubes functionalized with hydroxylgroup (MWCNT-OH), as reinforcing agents in the polymer scaffolds. have been reviewed. Finally, the(TPU/CS)/MWCNT-OH sample was prepared with two weight ratios [۱۰:۲] and [۱۰:۳]. To evaluate andcompare the properties of the scaffolds, and the Cytocompatibility analysis (MTT) has been performed toevaluate the toxicity of the cells and the viability. The results show that the use of this can significantlyimprove the bioavailability of polymer scaffolds in the cardiac tissue engineering process, which can beeffective for improving the treatment of cardiac diseases and cardiac tissue regeneration.
