چکیده مقاله:

Near-field electrospinning (NFES) is a method of additive manufacturing used for variousapplications, including tissue engineering, because it can produce micro- and nanofibers with highprecision and enhanced control over fiber alignment. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is chosen for itsbiocompatibility and mechanical stability, while gelatin, a natural polysaccharide, supports celladhesion and proliferation, making it highly suitable for tissue engineering applications. In this study, the optimal concentration and conditions for NFES of PVA were first determined. Subsequently, experiments were conducted to increase the amount of gelatin in the polymer blend and reduce theacetic acid (AA) concentration in the gelatin solvent. The results indicated that the optimal blend forNFES consists of ۱۲% w/v PVA and ۱۸% w/v gelatin in a ۵% v/v AA solution. The optimal ratio ofthis blend is ۷۰:۳۰ (PVA to gelatin). The electrospun fibers were examined under scanning electronmicroscopy for further characterization. These findings hold great promise for the field of tissueengineering, inspiring new avenues of research and development.
