چکیده مقاله:

Polypropylene is one of the most important commercial polymers, which has interesting physical andmechanical properties, various uses in different sectors as well as high consumption. This polymer has replacedmany metals and even various polymers, and the diversity of its applications is increasing with the production ofnew grades with desired properties. The need for the development and progress of all grades is becoming more andmore apparent, given the increasing domestic consumption of polypropylene grades and the appropriate globalmarket position. Ziegler-Natta polymerization catalysts are employed in polypropylene. Ziegler-Natta catalysts areused in polypropylene polymerization. Lewis base has also become a significant component of the catalyst systemsince ZieglerNatta catalysts were introduced. The effect of "internal electron donors" and "external electron donors"in polypropylene polymerization has been studied in this article, as well as their combination with another type ofelectron donor. As a result, new products can be produced in this area and it is possible to prevent imports due tothe use of these electron donors which improve or change the properties of polypropylene grades. Similarly, thestructure of these catalysts is investigated by analysing their behavior and properties. The process conditions arealso significantly enhanced, resulting in favorable properties and reducing the use of equipment, by producingproducts with a strong melt strength. In this project, by examining the effect of external electron donors D, C, T, itcreated different effects on the morphology of the polymer. Also, by affecting the catalyst, it caused changes in itsactivity. By increasing, decreasing, or changing different external electron donor family, the isotacticity and MFIcan be changed. The best results were obtained by using the external electron donor family D and compared withthe other families. At this time, the morphology of the polymer achieved its best type, which will be investigated inthis research.
