Impact of HDPE/LLDPE Ratio on Drip Irrigation Tape Properties

In this study, by comparing various properties including MFI and tensile strength, FTIR results areused to compare different samples of drip irrigation tape to find a more suitable composition interms of tensile strength, strain, and flexural strength. It is observed that the best result is obtainedwith the composition containing ۴۹% LLDPE, ۳۶.۵% HDPE (d=۰.۹۵۲ g/cm۳), ۱۲.۲۵% HDPE(d=۰.۹۵۹ g/cm۳) and ۲% Carbon Black Masterbatch, with ۰.۲۷۳ g/۱۰min MFI, ۱۳۴۶ cm۲ Peak areain CH۲ group range and ۱۰۰ cm۲ Peak area in CH۳ range.
