چکیده مقاله:

To synthesize the new microgel as a thickener, we first synthesized the crosslinking agent (E)-۲-(((۴-Hydroxyphenyl) imino) methyl) phenol which has two phenolic hydroxyls. Then byreplacing two hydroxyl groups with epoxy groups in the glycidation reaction, it was used as across linking agent in precipitation polymerization. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR) and ۱H NMR were chosen to determine the progress of the glycidation reactionchange. And to determine the mechanical properties of the newly synthesized biobasemicrogel. Viscosity, swelling, gel content and rheometry tests were compared in themechanical properties of the newly synthesized microgel. Because the microgels weresynthesized based on acrylic acid and resin agent, in the swelling properties, increasing theconcentration of the networker (۰.۰۴ g), the molecular weight between two crosslinks is higher, and the density of crosslinks is higher, as a result, the strength of the polymer is higher and thestorage modulus is increased. Therefore, the synthesized diglycidyl ether material is introducedas a new concentrate with improved mechanical strength for various has been introduced.
