چکیده مقاله:
This investigation aspires to elucidate the ramifications of urban smartification strategies on the acceptanceand implementation of smart and green residential structures. The research is delineated as quantitative innature, applied in intent, and descriptive-survey in methodology. Data were procured and analyzed throughrigorous empirical methodologies. For the accumulation of information, a bifurcated methodologicalframework encompassing both bibliographic and field-based approaches was employed; the bibliographicdimension entailed a meticulous examination of documents, academic treatises, and peer-reviewed articlesrelevant to the extant literature. In the field-based component, an electronically administered questionnaire(designed by the researcher) functioned as the principal instrument for data collection. The statisticalpopulation for this inquiry comprises experts and knowledgeable individuals proficient in smart cityparadigms, with a sample size of ۵۴ participants selected via snowball sampling techniques. For theanalytical processing of the amassed data, SPSS software was employed in conjunction with variousstatistical techniques, including T-tests and the Friedman test. Through a comparative analysis of thesemethodologies, the interrelations and effects among the variables were rigorously scrutinized, yieldingresults of generalizability. The findings elucidate that urban smartification represents a holistic andmultidimensional process aimed at augmenting the quality of life for urban denizens, optimizing resourceefficiency, and facilitating enhanced urban governance. The smartification of urban environments exertsboth direct and reciprocal influences on the acceptance and implementation of smart and green homes, asboth constructs significantly contribute to the enhancement of citizens' quality of life, resourceoptimization, and environmental stewardship. Based on rigorous statistical computations and data analyses,it was ascertained that among the various indicators of urban smartification, connectivity and the Internetof Things (IoT) exert the most pronounced influence on the acceptance and implementation of smart andgreen residential paradigms.
