Enhancing Language Proficiency through Online Collaborative Platforms: ACase Study of Virtual Exchange Programs

The integration of digital technology into language education has paved the way for innovativeteaching methods, notably through online collaborative platforms. This study investigates theimpact of virtual exchange programs on language proficiency, comparing these outcomes withtraditional classroom methods. By analyzing collaborative platforms such as Google Classroom,Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, the research aims to identify the benefits and challenges of thesetechnologies in language learning. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, this research combinesquantitative data from proficiency tests with qualitative insights from surveys and interviews.
