چکیده مقاله:

Today, many people suffer from lumbar disc, herniated disc and sciatica. These pains are usually considered normal in the elderly due to aging and changes in hormones and bones, while if we diagnose the origin of these pains, we will have fewer problems during old age. What attracts attention is that young people are also affected by the same pains, the main cause of which is the mechanical life and lack of movement that has arisen in our lives, but other causes also play a role in its occurrence. Physical and physical problems of people are divided into two categories, abnormalities that are congenital and abnormalities that are acquired and caused by environmental conditions and stimuli in the environment. Congenital malformations cannot be corrected, but acquired malformations are usually reversible and can be corrected. Unhealthy lifestyle, sitting for long periods of time, inappropriate shoes, long-term bending of the neck, etc. are the things that cause acquired abnormalities. Corrective movements are a branch of physical education that seeks to solve acquired abnormalities with the help of exercise and a detailed program built by experts in corrective movements. In this article, what are corrective movements, their benefits, and examples of deformities and exercises that are effective in fixing them are discussed.
