بیوپسی مایع و اهمیت آن در تشخیص زودهنگام سرطان پستان

چکیده مقاله:

مقدمه: غربالگری و تشخیص زودهنگام سرطان پستان سبب کاهش مرگ ومیر و بهبود کیفیت زندگی می گردد. در عین حال روش های مرسوم غربالگری همچون ماموگرافی می توانند نتایج مثبت کاذب و هزینه برای بیمار به همراه داشته باشند. بیوپسی مایع  یک ابزار تشخیصی نوظهور است که نشانگرهای زیستی را در خون و سایر مایعات بدن تجزیه و تحلیل می کند تا اطلاعاتی در مورد ژنتیک تومور و پاسخ به درمان ارائه دهد. بیوپسی مایع را می توان به عنوان نمونه برداری از اجزای سلول های تومور که از تومور و/یا رسوبات متاستاتیک در خون، ادرار، مدفوع، بزاق و سایر مواد بیولوژیکی آزاد می شوند، تعریف کرد. چنین اجزایی شامل سلول های تومور در گردش (CTCs)، DNA تومور در گردش (ctDNA) یا RNA تومور در گردش (ctRNA)، پلاکت ها و اگزوزوم ها هستند. لذا هدف از این مطالعه مروری، نشان دادن نقش بیوپسی مایع در تشخیص زودهنگام سرطان پستان و پزشکی شخصی می باشد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک، از طریق جست و جو و بررسی داده های مرتبط با بیوپسی مایع و بیومارکرهای تشخیص زودهنگام سرطان پستان منتشر شده در پایگاه های داده معتبر بین المللی نظیر Scopus، PubMed، Web of Science و Google Scholar بین سال های ۲۰۱۸ تا ۲۰۲۴ تلاش شده تا جدیدترین نوآوری ها و پیشرفت های حوزه تشخیص و پزشکی شخصی بررسی گردد. یافته ها: با بررسی مطالعات و مقالات منتشر شده در این زمینه مشخص شد که امروزه کاربرد بیومارکرهای موجود در بیوپسی مایع، نقش پررنگی در پزشکی دقیق و تشخیص زودهنگام سرطان پستان و دیگر سرطان ها ایفاء می کنند و بسیاری از آن ها تاییدیه های معتبر بین المللی نظیر FDA را نیز کسب کرده اند. از بیوپسی مایع و بیومارکرهای موجود در آن ها می توان با توجه به ارتباط آن ها با فنوتیپ های سرطان پستان در پزشکی شخصی استفاده کرد. نتیجه گیری: بیوپسی مایع پتانسیل تشخیص سرطان در مراحل اولیه، نظارت بر پیشرفت و عود تومور، و پیش بینی پاسخ بیمار به درمان را فراهم می کند. چندین مطالعه کاربرد بالینی آن را در غربالگری و تشخیص سرطان پستان در بیماران نشان داده اند و به طورکلی، بیومارکرهای موجود در بیوپسی مایع نویدبخش تشخیص زودهنگام سرطان پستان و کاهش قابل توجه مرگ ومیر ناشی از این سرطان در آینده ای نزدیک خواهند بود.
