چکیده مقاله:
Energy consumption, as one of the most important issues of the present time, is increasing globally due to the increase in population and the improvement of lifestyles in line with economic development, which leads to an increase in the emission of greenhouse gases. Despite its significant contribution to the gross domestic product (GDP), the construction industry is one of the largest energy consumers and is responsible for a significant percentage of carbon emissions in the world, which requires consideration and taking smart measures to deal with and prevent climate changes in the result. On the other hand, due to the increase in the population of countries and the desire for urbanization, policies have been adopted by the authorities in the direction of mass construction, which, while increasing the capacity of cities for accommodation, are cost-effective and it is necessary to take appropriate measures for sustainable mass construction to achieve the goals of sustainable development. One of the most important and effective measures is the development of prefabricated buildings, which has numerous economic, social, and environmental benefits, therefore the purpose of this research is to show the advantages and disadvantages of construction methods to help designers and decision-makers in choosing and implementing a construction method between two prefabricated methods with modular and panelized approaches and traditional method in decision-making stage to achieve sustainable development goals in massification sector.
