چکیده مقاله:

In this research, a novel biocompatible heterogeneous organic nano-catalyst was prepared by covalently binding of Cu@n-propyl-hexamethylene tetraamine to the pores and channels of dendritic fibrous nano silica (DFNS) [۱-۴]. The designed nano-catalyst (Cu@KCC-۱-nPr-HMTA) was identified by various of spectroscopic and microscopic identification methods, including Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM)), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray energy diffraction spectroscopy (EDS), and nitrogen adsorption and desorption analysis (BET-BJH). According to the obtained results this innovative nano-catalyst has a spherical and dendritic fibrous structure with a surface area of ۶۵.۶۹۹ cm۲/g and pore volume of ۰.۶۶ cm۳/g. Also, the prepared nano-catalyst has many chemo-active sites for the condensation reaction which was used as a heterogeneous catalyst towards one-step synthesis of ۱,۸-dioxo-decahydroacridine and ۱,۸-dioxo-octahydroxanthene derivatives from the reaction of aromatic aldehydes, dimedone, and ammonium acetate under solvent-free conditions. Short reaction times (۲ to ۷ minutes for ۱,۸-dioxo-decahydroacridine and ۳۰ to ۶۰ minutes for۱,۸-dioxo-decahydroacridine derivatives) [۵-۹], high yields and mild reaction conditions are advantages of this synthesis method. It is hoped that this green nano-catalyst will be used for the synthesis of other organic compounds in the future [۱۰-۱۲].
