چکیده مقاله:

In recent years, the development of wound dressings has attracted the attention of researchers. Wound dressings to accelerate healing and protect the wound. Hydrogel wound dressing has attracted a lot of attention because of its non-toxicity, biocompatibility, and the ability to reduce the temperature of the wound bed [۱-۲]. In order to improve the effectiveness of hydrogel dressings, several compounds, such as chitosan, montmorillonite, and gelatin, can be used. Chitosan as an anti-cancer agent, wound healing agent and antimicrobial agent, montmorillonite due to its high ability to absorb water, loading capacity and high cation exchange capacity, and finally gelatins are used in the preparation of hydrogels due to their adhesive properties [۳]. Besides the above, zinc oxide is also considered for its anti-cancer properties. Curcumin, which has unique properties such as antioxidant, anticancer properties, can also prevent wound infection [۴]. In this research work, montmorillonite/zinc oxide/chitosan/gelatin/curcumin/glycerin hydrogel films were synthesized and characterized by various techniques such as XRD, SEM, UV-Vis spectroscopy. Also, the crystal structure of hydrogels was investigated and confirmed by XRD patterns. Next, the anticancer properties as well as the swelling and release of curcumin were evaluated. The results of the experiments indicated that the synthesized hydrogel films showed the highest swelling rate and the highest release rate at pH ۴.۵ Also, the results of the DPPH antioxidant test showed that with the increase in the concentration of the components, the antioxidant property also increases. The IC۵۰ concentration of curcumin in MCF-۷ and MDA-MB-۲۳۱ cell lines at ۲۴h was investigated. Therefore, the overall results confirm a promising approach for the development and improvement of hydrogel dressings and drug delivery in chemotherapy.
