In industries and water treatment facilities, the effective removal of colored impurities is essential to meet stringent environmental standards and maintain water quality [۱, ۲]. Developing advanced catalysts, such as modified nanozeolites, is critical for improving the efficiency of dye removal processes, particularly for contaminants like dyes in wastewater [۳]. This study introduces a novel synthesis approach to modify nanozeolite by incorporating tetraorthosilicate to bind graphene hydroxide, aimed at enhancing the removal of methylene blue from water. The modified nanozeolite underwent comprehensive characterization using various techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), and FTIR, to examine its structural and chemical properties. Furthermore, the suitability of the modified nanozeolite for methylene blue removal was assessed through the use of Design Expert software employing spectroscopy methods. The findings illustrate that the modification process effectively fused graphene hydroxide with nanozeolite, resulting in enhanced adsorption capabilities. The thorough characterization process validated the successful synthesis of the modified nanozeolite, and the utilization of Design Expert software provided valuable insights into optimizing parameters for efficient methylene blue removal. In conclusion, the modified nanozeolite represents a promising approach for advanced applications in water treatment
