چکیده مقاله:

Biomass is an environmentally friendly renewable resource, and due to its high-quality availablity and huge quantity, it can be used as a raw material for the synthesis of valuable carbon materials [۱]. Various biomasses (e.g. coconut shell, woods and agricultural wastes) have long been used as the primary raw materials for the prepaeation of porous carbon materials by thermal composition (pyrolysis). In this paper, a new strategy for synthesis of magnetic porous carbon from chicken egg white was reported. The prepared carbon material were characterized with VSM, SEM, CHN, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy and XRD techniques. Then, the dye adsorption capacity of the carbon form aqueous solution was investigated [۲]. The effects of various parameters, such as different method of carbonization proccess, different amount of carbon, pH, temperature, contact time and initial dye concentration, on the adsorption of methylene blue was studied. The results showed that the carbon obtained through simultaneously chemical activation and magnetization in alkaline solution lef to the best results. This process provided an N-rich activated carbon with high capacity of methylene blue adsorption from aqueous solution.
