چکیده مقاله:

This article explores the significance of employer branding in attractingtop talent within the travel industry. Through a combination ofqualitative and quantitative research methods, we analyze the strategiesused by leading travel companies to enhance their employer brand andthe impact of these strategies on their ability to attract highly skilledprofessionals. The findings indicate that a strong employer brand notonly attracts top talent but also improves overall employee satisfactionand retention rates. The study concludes with recommendations fortravel companies seeking to enhance their employer brand to attract andretain top talent.
