Job performance Impact on organizational performance in Arak medical science university faculties

Introduction: due to the fact that job performance prepares continuity and employment of a person in an organization, so it can affect organizational performance. Therefore, the current study aimed to determine the relation of job performance and organizational performance in faculties of Arak medical science university.Materials and methods: In this analytical (casual) - functional study, the population included all official and contractual staff of colleges of medical science university in Arak. Data were collected through a questionnaire with ۴۴ questions and in a ۵ points Likert scale. Its validity was evaluated by the scholars and its reliability was e a e thro h ro ba h s a ha. In this questionnaire, job security was measured in domains of (organizational commitment, job satisfaction, job circulation, and focus on job, creativity and innovation) and performance was measured through (life quality, effectiveness and efficiency). Sampling was conducted randomly. After calculating the sample size and distributing ۳۰۰ questionnaires, only ۲۶۰ people accepted to be in the study. Finally, the data was analyzed by LISERL software and structural equation modeling techniques.Findings: out of ۲۶۰ participants, ۱۲۰ were male (۴.۵%) and ۱۴۰ were female (۵۳/۸۵%). In total, the study results showed a significant relation between job security and organizational performance (P<۰/۰۵). Each of sub- variables of job security (organizational commitment, job satisfaction, job circulation, focus on job, creativity and innovation) had a significant relation with performance (P<۰/۰۵).Conclusion: the results of the study are indicative of the fact that it is possible to increase job security through the variables of job circulation, organizational commitment, and focus on job, job satisfaction and creativity on organizational performance including more effectiveness, higher efficiency and promoting work-life quality.
