چکیده مقاله:
Introduction: Primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) refers to loss of ovarian function in women under ۴۰years of age. Unfortunately, at present, there is no effective treatment for POI-relatedinfertility .Today, "cell-free therapy", which is the use of stem cells as a source of therapeuticmolecules, has gained attention. The aim of this study is to review the available resources oncell-free therapy in patients with premature ovarian failure.Search strategy: This review study examined the materials available in Pubmed, and Uptodate. Allinterventional, descriptive and case report articles of the last ۱۰ years for humans were includedin the study. To search for articles, keywords, primary ovarian insufficiency/premature ovarianfailure, Cell free was used in the title/abstract of the articles. ۳ articles were studied. Results: A study showed that the secretion of Human Bone marrow-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells(MSCs) likely contains bioactive factors that can increase angiogenesis in human ovarianmicrovascular endothelial cells. Further characterization of these factors could lead to newtherapeutic options for Women with premature ovarian failure and other related causes lead tofemale infertility. In another study, treatment with cell-free fat extract (CEFFE), which containsthousands of active proteins that have the ability to promote tissue repair in other diseases, caninhibit the apoptosis of granulosa cells and improve ovarian function as well as fertility inaffected mice Suffering from POI helped. Also, the results of a study on the increase of plasmacell-free mitochondrial DNA (cf-mtDNA) levels in POI patients clearly showed its role in thedevelopment of POI, and the FF cf-mtDNA content may be valuable in predicting thepregnancy outcomes of POI patients. Conclusion: Despite the limited results available, the use of "free cells" can be considered as a hope forthe treatment of premature ovarian failure to achieve a child.
