The relationship between job motivation and happiness in mine workers using non-linear regression

The present study was designed and implemented in order to investigate the relationship between happiness and job motivation in mining workers using non-linear regression. The statistical population of the current study consists of all the employees of Mazandaran province in the spring of ۱۴۰۲, of which ۳۰۰ people were sampled and studied using available sampling. To collect data, Herzberg's job motivation questionnaire and Oxford happiness questionnaire were used. In order to evaluate the accuracy and efficiency, the correlation coefficient index has been used. The correlation coefficient values of quadratic regression and cubic regression are ۰.۹۷۱ and ۰.۹۷۲, respectively .
