Investigating the relationship between mental health and psychological toughness of students

The purpose of the research is to investigating the relationship between mental health and psychological toughness of students, and the research is of a descriptive-correlation type. The statistical population of the research is the total number of elementary school students of Abbasabad city in the academic year , which was  people. According to Morgan's sampling table,  people were selected as a sample in a simple random manner. Data were collected through Kobasa personal views questionnaire and general health questionnaire. To analyze the data in the descriptive part, mean, standard deviation and graph were used to measure the variables, and in the inferential part, Pearson correlation was used and multivariate regression was used to predict them. SPSS version  software was also used for data analysis. The results of this research showed that there are significant effects between mental health and psychological toughness of students.
